WHO I HELP
"On the outside, your life looks successful and settled."
Are you in midlife and want to take a closer look at changes in mood and focus? My goal is to recognize your life experience. I listen closely to your full story, so what's been missed can finally get named and treated. You can move forward through a new chapter with restored health and resilience.

OUR APPROACH
The Shift from Masking to Mastery
THE WOMAN BEHIND THE VISION
Meet Lisa Hardy, APRN, PMHNP, CNM
Hi there, I’m Lisa Hardy, an integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse-Midwife who believes that real healing begins when a provider stops simply managing symptoms and starts truly listening to your story

My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own body, and my role is to provide the clinical expertise and tools to help you regain control. My practice is a space of radical advocacy for those who have spent decades being told their symptoms were "just stress" or "normal for a woman."
